Rose offers private sessions that use her training in LifeForce Yoga
®, as developed by Amy Weintraub, to work with the emotional body. If you suffer from depression, anxiety, general day to day blues, a LifeForce Yoga® session can help you to learn the tools that you need to find your own inner peace.
Perhaps you are just looking to deepen your experience of yoga asana and pranayama. Maybe you would like to use yoga poses to find physical strength, or physical balance. You may even be experiencing physical pain and would like to know how yoga can help you. Whatever the reason, private yoga sessions are a tool that can help us to build a practice that meets us where we are and helps us to achieve our goals.
An introductory session is 2 hours and includes an assessment. There will be 2 follow-up sessions that last an hour and a half. After the 3rd session you will be given a practice to take home with you.
